Made with wild yeast, we feature vegan bread such as our baguettes, ciabatta, multigrain, sourdough, and other loaves.
We also bake a long list of pastries daily, including croissants, danishes, and Jerusalem bagels.

Fresh, house made bread with the most amazing crust and chewy center! I'm upset i haven't been here sooner, cause I would be here everyday! I adore a good ciabatta bread and theirs does not disappoint, I ordered a Parisian sandwich which comes with a layer of prosciutto, cheese, mustard of course sitting on a loaf of ciabatta! It's simple, but hits all the right flavors and textures...
Came here for a small breakfast gathering with friends and it did not disappoint! One of my friends was due to leave LA from Union Station, so we needed a small cafe to hang out and say goodbye before she left. This is really a hidden gem in DTLA. There is a small parking lot in the back and some great patio seating in the back if the inside gets crowded...
I've been to Bread Lounge probably close to two dozen times and it's always fantastic. I think it's one of the best bakeries in Los Angeles and I frequently recommend it to friends. My regular order is one of their quiches and paired with a fresh americano.
What can you say after 5 stars. Its tasty, quick service, helpful employees, and not too pricey. The mocha is really good if you like it chocolatey and more like a dessert. Yum! Keep it up Bread Lounge.
This place has the most delicious fresh breads and yummy loaves of goodness, like the Nutella and pumpkin loaf! The sourdough baguette is exceptional, as is the olive infused bread, which is bursting with yummy, fresh and rich flavors. We sat down in their cozy dining room and enjoyed a delicious Parisian ham and cheese sandwich and the scrumptious Mediterranean dish, which had a red sauce along with poached eggs and chorizo.
